Sandy: I just bummed out myself. I was thinking about my renderings throughout this blog and how I lack a style. If I do have one, it’s boring and underdeveloped. If I had given it some thought in the beginning when I conceived this blog idea, I could have been developing a style all year, even though it would have been with my left hand. I’ve never considered myself an artist and definitely not an illustrator. I’m a conceptual graphic designer. To a small degree, I can sketch, draw, render, color, copy. My drawings are too controlled not loose, more so with my left hand. The last couple of images on my blog were done without drawing an outline of my subject matter so I wouldn’t focus on detail. That didn’t work out so great. A problem, I know, is that I’ve been doing my blogs in the late evening instead of in the morning like I was doing at the beginning of the year. I used to have more time in the morning and could post before noon. I definitely don’t spend enough time in the evening especially when I’m trying to post by midnight. My left hand doesn’t want to sketch, make little marks, but I forced it to on this image.
