Sandy: There’s a craze and it is being caused by the cronut. A cronut is a croissant-doughnut, was developed by a couple of chef’s in NYC. Many bakeries are making their own versions of them now. I had one today from Beth’s Community Kitchen. When I bit through the light, sugar-crusted layer, pastry cream oozed out. As advertised by a few reviews I read recently, it was so delicious. Worth breaking any diet.
Sandy’s year long journey – going from being a right-hander to left-hander, and Kelly’s parallel trip as a left-hander doing things as a right-hander.
