Sandy: This week there is no boot camp. We do 4 weeks on and one week off. So I am doing exercises on my “Wave”. One morning about 6 years ago an infomercial captured my attention. I couldn’t stop watching it. After 15 minutes I was sold on trying The Wave exercise program. The Wave is a ramp that you step on and off during exercises, a bit like a Step. But the special thing about the Wave is that when turned over, it rocks. When doing exercises on the rocking side, one must engage the core to keep it steady. I get a good aerobic work out, though, nothing like boot camp.
