Sandy: This notepad contains our drawings. It is small enough to carry around, making it easily available when on the go so we bought a dozen of them. We needed lined paper in the beginning but don’t use the lines much now. Since the blank white space is a little confining, our drawings sometimes spill over onto the lines. I’m thinking of working larger. My left arm would be more involved, not just my fingers. It would be different, maybe more challenging, maybe easier. I won’t know until I try. The beauty of the small format is that the rendering can be done fairly quickly. Storing larger images will be an issue and will no longer be contained in these simple, small pads. Hmmm, maybe I’ll wait until the very last month….
Sandy’s year long journey – going from being a right-hander to left-hander, and Kelly’s parallel trip as a left-hander doing things as a right-hander.
