Sandy: That’s how many push ups we had to do today – one person did 10, then the partner did 10; the first person did another 10 and the second person did another 10 – until we each did 100 total. We then sprinted a loop going up and down stairs. We repeated the same pattern doing jump squats, one-legged bicep curls, over head extensions, high knee skating, flies, and two other exercises that I cannot name. Whew. It’s easy to loose track so I had to use rocks to keep count for each set of ten.
Sandy’s year long journey – going from being a right-hander to left-hander, and Kelly’s parallel trip as a left-hander doing things as a right-hander.
